Mackenzie Search and Rescue is a volunteer-based non-profit organization operating in and around the Mackenzie area.  We are on call 24/7, all year round, in all types of conditions. We are unpaid professionals who take pride in our wilderness skills and technical expertise in a variety of SAR techniques.  Tasked by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Coroner Service of British Columbia, or British Columbia Ambulance Service (BCAS), we can be asked to participate in SAR operations anywhere in the province.
